Refunds and Returns
At My Office Etc, we understand that returns can happen. We ask that your returns are done within 30 days of purchase, otherwise there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns past 30 days. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-686-5218 with the original order or invoice number, the item number and quantity you wish you return, and the reason for the return. Once returns are received back in our warehouse, we will begin to process a credit back to your account.
